The name Toyota often brings up thoughts of advancement and change. With a model as revolutionary as the Prius that has helped to bring the idea of hybrid vehicles to the mainstream, Toyota is continuing to push the boundaries within the automotive industry.

In 2015 Toyota began to sell their first mass produced fuel cell vehicle, the Mirai. While they are not the first manufacturer to create fuel cell vehicles, but they are the first bring them into mass production and sell them all over the world. With this push towards more eco-friendly cars, Toyota is helping to push teens into the STEM fields by working with Hydrogen Horizon Automotive Challenge.

The Hydrogen Horizon Automotive Challenge aims to help teach teens about the effects of pollution on the Earth and how much impact that the cars take. Through this program the teens will work to figure out and outline the problem that we all face, build a feasible solution for that problem, and finally test out that solution.

We here at Charlie's Toyota of Augusta are proud to represent such a forward thinking brand and hope that you come on down and help fight pollution first hand with a hybrid like the Toyota Prius!
